IS YOUR ORDER URGENT?

If you require infant formula for your little one within the next few days we encourage you to visit one of our amazing stockists.

Whilst we endeavour to get every order out in a timely manner, occasionally environmental factors including freight delays and public holidays can lead to delays of an additional 2-5 days for orders being dispatched via our website. Please have these factors in mind when ordering to allow sufficient time for your order to arrive. We thank you for your continued support and choosing a healthier future for our little sprouts.

DELIVERY

Orders placed by 10 am AEST on a business day (Mon-Fri, excluding public holidays) will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 10 am AEST or on the weekend will be dispatched the next business day.

Please note that we are working as fast as we can to try and meet all delivery times but sometimes there may be delays. This can occur for a number of reasons including but not limited to courier delays, logistics, customs, or bad weather.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Orders will be processed and delivered Monday-Friday, except in cases where there are national holidays. Be aware that when there are national holidays orders may experience longer processing and delivery times.

Standard Australian domestic shipping is FREE when you spend over $120 in one transaction.

We understand that lots of babies rely on us, so please allow more than enough time for delivery in case your order is affected by these delays.

We offer two shipping options internationally:

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout depending on the weight and address. Please note: depending on the country, there may be import duty payments required for delivery.

Please note: These shipping times are estimates only. We endeavour to get your order out the door as quickly as possible, however sometimes Australia Post and DHL may have unforeseen delays. We understand that lots of babies rely on us, so please allow more than enough time for delivery in case your order is affected by these delays.

International shipping estimates are generally met providing the customer provides all necessary documentation during the customs clearance process. Further delays to your order due to customs requirements are out of our control, and we will not be held responsible if your order arrives outside the usual delivery time frame.

IMPORT LIABILITIES AND TAXES

If your order is shipped internationally, it may need to be cleared through customs. As a result, there may be fees that have to be paid depending on the country. Please note that Sprout Organic does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of the destination country. Sprout Organic will not be held liable or responsible for the custom delays, duties or taxes that may apply.

Please be aware that you may need to disclose personal information, such as your social security number or tax file number to customs officials to have your order released from customs. If you are not comfortable doing this, then please do not continue with your order.

Please note that we are only able to accept international returns for damaged items. If your order is returned due to duties and taxes not being paid, or customer details not being provided to customs when requested, we are unable to provide a refund.

Sprout Organic is not responsible for notifying customers that their item(s) are awaiting the payment of customs duties and taxes.
