INFANT FORMULA 0-12 MONTHS RETURN POLICY

If you are having trouble transitioning between formulas, please read our transitioning blog, which explains how to transition easily to our formula, or please do not hesitate to contact us for tips and advice at  hello@sproutorganic.com.au. New formula needs to be introduced gradually so your little one can adjust to the different taste, texture, and consistency. This will also help to ensure the formula change is gentle on your little one's tummy.

The safety and quality of our products is extremely important to us, so unfortunately we are unable to accept returns, even if the packaging is unopened.

GENERAL RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

If you receive an item from our online store that is damaged or incorrect, please initiate the returns process by emailing hello@sproutorganic.com.au. Once approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days. Cash refunds are not available.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns if you make a mistake on your order, after it has been processed and shipped. We understand that mistakes can happen in a busy household, so please triple check your cart before placing your order.  If you immediately contact us about any such mistake, we will do our best to stop the order processing.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: please read our shipping policy prior to ordering. If your order is returned to us due to duties or taxes not being paid, or customer details not being provided to customs when requested, we are unable to provide a refund.  If you decide not to pay the duties, and request your order to be returned, you will not be refunded. There is a warning on the product page when purchasing our products, that there may be extra duties that the customer will need to pay when it reaches your country. We are only able to accept international returns for damaged items.


RETURN CONDITIONS

The remaining physical product (based on normal usage for the period you have had the product), must be complete and have no damage greater than normal storage and usage.

The returned product must be in a normal stored condition.

All markdown sales are final and no exchanges or returns will be accepted on sale items. These will be indicated on the original proof of purchase.

All drink bottles, shakers, and plush toys or the like products are sales that are final and unless they are faulty, no exchanges or returns will be accepted on these items.

 

SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your customer portal through your account on our website and choosing 'Cancel Subscription', or by contacting customer service hello@sproutorganic.com.au

 

CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to modify, add, or remove portions of these terms and conditions at any time and each such change shall be effective immediately upon posting. Please check these terms and conditions periodically for changes. Sprout Organic will honour Terms and Conditions in place at the time of purchase.
