At Sprout Organic, inclusivity is core to who we are and why we were born. We created our range of healthy plant-based snacks and drinks so that all families could have a nutritious option to turn to - whether it’s due to common intolerances, dietary preferences, or just because they want an easy way to feed their kids clean, wholesome food that they love!
But our attitude to inclusivity extends far beyond what we feed our kids.
We know firsthand how wild, wonderful and unpredictable the journey through parenthood is, and how different this path looks for everybody.
Whether you breastfeed, formula feed, eat plant-based or not, we’re all on the same path to providing the best we can for our families - and we champion everyone on this journey.

Now it’s your turn. We would love to hear about your journey through parenthood - the highs, the lows, and everything in between. Whether it’s your reaction when you first found out you were expecting, some of the most difficult or magical moments you’ve experienced, or any of the surprises along the way, we want to connect with you and share your story.
If you would like to talk about your journey and join us in this conversation, all you need to do is click below to submit a video of you talking about your journey. We will be sharing these videos with our community over the next few months to open the conversation about different paths through parenthood without stigma or expectations.
Not sure where to begin? Here are some thought starters to get the ball rolling!
• What was your first reaction to finding out you were expecting?
